After his departure from Fleetwood Mac in 2018, the relationship between Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks has been, at least publicly, virtually non-existent.

In a 2024 interview, Nicks explained that Buckingham’s behavior towards her and others at a 2018 MusiCares benefit concert influenced her decision to cease their working relationship forever.

It seems though that the tides have turned, as Ultimate Classic Rock is reporting that the two are on speaking terms again.

The lines of communication opened this summer when the pair began promoting the re-release of their 1973 album Buckingham Nicks.

Now is a Fleetwood Mac reunion potentially in the works?  Probably not.

Nicks has pretty defiantly stated the band will never take the stage to perform again following the death of Christine McVie in 2022.

But a collaboration between the two?  Now that might be on the table.
