Years ago, Linda Hill and her husband bought several homes in the same neighborhood in Gainesville in order to rent them out.
There is only one home on Denton St. where the couple is unable to keep a stable tenant.
Hill told WFAA, "It's like a revolving door. The longest anyone stayed in this house was six months."
After ten tenants moved out in two years, the Hills finally figured out why everyone was leaving: their house was haunted, and not just by your standard spooky, scary ghost. These apparitions…were sexual.
Hill took a shower at the home one evening, and through the curtain heard a dark figure whisper "Lookin' good!." She thought it was her husband, until he walked into the bathroom just a few seconds later.
Rumor has it that the house, which was built in the 1840s, used to be a bordello, and several people have recorded EVPs, electronic voice phenomenon, where the ghosts can be heard talking dirty in the house.
"'Oh baby, oh baby, yeah,'" Hill said, mimicking what has been heard. "'Yeah, I like it like that.'"
It seems the house also has the regular kind of ghost as well; there's a door in the upstairs bathroom that regularly opens, even after it's been shut tight.
And an incredibly creepy well 19-feet underneath the living room, with a room right next to it dubbed the "murder room," because, according to Hill, "almost every psychic that walks in here" claims to have seen a dead man lying on the floor of that room.
Because of all that, Hill has given up trying to lease the home to a long-term tenant, and instead rents it out exclusively to people who want to investigate the ghosts that reportedly live there.
