Ozzy Osbourne has never shied away from talking about his drug use in the past, so it's no wonder at one point in his life, he was very into taking acid.
However, his reasons for straying away from the psychedelic is something only Ozzy would have experienced!
In a recent interview per Loudwire, the Prince of Darkness says the only reason he stopped taking acid was because a horse TOLD him to "eff off."
Ozzy said, " I used to swallow handfuls of tabs at a time. The end of it came when we got back to England. I took 10 tabs of acid, then went for a walk in a field. I ended up standing there talking to this horse for about an hour.
"In the end the horse turned round and told me to f*** off. That was it for me."
After years of sobriety, Ozzy relapsed in 2013.
He issued a public apology for his relapse and a year later, stated of his sobriety:
"I did what I did when I was 21 and I did what I did when I was 30, but now I feel better today than I did in a long time and I'm 66. There's no mysterious f****** hex from Satan. To be honest with you, I just really like being sober."
