The age of the Charged Lemonade at Panera has come to an end.
The restaurant announced that they will be taking the controversial drink off its menu in the next two weeks.
Per CNN, Panera has faced three separate lawsuits regarding the drink, with claims that the high caffeine content led to the deaths of two customers and "irreversible health complications" in another.
A spokesperson with Panera said that new drinks will replace the Charged Lemonade, including a new blueberry lavender lemonade, pomegranate hibiscus tea, citrus punch, and a tropical green smoothie.
The chain said that the drinks will be offered in low-sugar and low-caffeine options.
