There's a certain decorum when it comes to the workplace, a certain level of respect that's understood by employees regarding the way they approach their jobs.
Not for Gen Z, however.
The employees of a company called "Ninety Eight," based out of Los Angeles, don't utilize the common "warm regards," or "all the best" when signing off their emails.
Instead, in a TikTok posted by the firm reveals that instead, employees will sign off their emails with "That's about it. Ummm... yeah," "Seeyas later," "Hehe bye," and the very uncommon, "F*** you, I'm out."
Ninety Eight is a "Gen-Z Creative Agency," describing themselves as: "A culturally-driven strategic impact consultancy built by and for Gen-Z."
Truman Rae, from Ninety Eight, told Newsweek: "Like other generations, we have our own ways of communicating and advertising expectations. Unlike other generations, we've grown up with a plethora of communications platforms, completely decentralizing how and where to connect with consumers."
And plenty of folks were envious of the company's approach to communication.
A woman named Angela wrote: "Can we as a collective cancel corporate culture." Jo agreed commenting: "As [a] millennial I don't see why we have to be so formal. I love this genz vibe."
