Phil Collins has been engaged in a battle with his ex-wife after she barricaded their shared home in Miami and refused to leave.

Collins' ex, Orianne Cevey, married Thomas Bates in August, and proceeded to move into the house she used to share with Collins. The home has an estimated value of $40 million, and is full of "a collection of irreplaceable music memorabilia and other valuables."

Cevey went as far to barricade herself and her new husband into the home, and would not leave. Collins went legal, and filed a motion or a temporary injunction against Cevey.

Cevey and her husband are now being FORCED out of the home, and must vacate the property by mid-January. Jeffrey Fisher, a lawyer for Collins, told TODAY, "Mr. and Mrs. Bates' plan to hold Phil Collins' house as hostage to leverage a settlement during a protracted court case was upended by the new judge's bold decision to complete the injunction hearing next week."

Fisher also confirmed that all of Collins' memorabilia will be retrieved from the home in a matter of days. However, Cevey still haw a lawsuit claiming a 50% interest in the Miami estate continues on.
