If you feel like you've had a rough time lately, do yourself a favor and listen to this poem titled "Nothing feels better."

Apparently, this poem, from a poet named Charly Cox, was commissioned by the shoe company Asics and scientifically engineered to put you in a better mood.

According to StudyFinds, Cox composted the poem from over 40,000 submissions from the public, who shared words that inspire them to be more active, and the words are set to an instrumental track played at 111 hertz frequency, which is supposed to help you produce endorphins as you listen to it.

Asics says the poem "will put you in a better mood and inspire you to get up and get going just by hearing it."

Give it a listen and see for yourself!

How did it go?  Are you in a better mood?  Were you inspired to get up and go?
