Police near Little Rock, Arkansas were recently informed of a man harassing women at a local store, where he would follow them around and offer to give them foot massages.
Definitely creepy, but also astounding because apparently, this man the police are looking for has no arms.
At least three women have reported being harassed by the man, and the police know it's all the same guy according to KARK because every time, the harasser has not had any arms.
Police do know the man's identity, but have still yet to track down 32-year-old Brian Reams. They have issued a warrant for his arrest.
