Our beds are used for a lot of things.  We would say get your minds out of the gutter, but it's kind of hard to after reading these findings from a recent report.

Conducted by Mattress Next Day, the poll, which was conducted to find America's "dirtiest sleeping habits," found that 11% of Americans say they "exercise" in bed.

That's why their sheets are so dirty.  "Exercise."

It could be simple stretches for your leg or back before you hop out of bed in the morning, but that wasn't our first thought.

As far as other reasons why our sheets are so dirty, over 50% of us don't always shower at night, two-thirds let their pets sleep in bed with them, and around half of us snack in bed.
