Last week, quarterback Tom Brady announced his retirement (again) from the NFL.
Brady says it's "for real" this time, and there are some folks already trying to capitalize on the GOAT finally calling it a career.
Brady posted a video announcing his retirement which he recorded while sitting on a beach in Florida.
Well, someone recognized the location, went to the exact spot in which Brady recorded the video, and collected a jar of sand from the beach.
And then, they listed it for auction online.
And the bids came. And increased. And increased. And increased.
The bid currently stands, for a jar of sand mind you, at $99,900! Almost $100,000 for SAND!
Of course, nobody on the internet could believe what they were seeing.
