Like many Americans, you're probably still working through the insane amount of Thanksgiving leftovers in your refrigerator.
Be prepared to have seconds though, as the U.S. Department of Agriculture says that today is the last day you should be enjoying them.
According to Scientific American, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service recommends throwing out refrigerated leftovers after three to four days, especially Thanksgiving food as it's usually left out longer than a typical meal.
According to a survey from YouGov, 7% of us will still be eating Thanksgiving leftovers today. We'll see how much of that 7% gets sick!
