Rebekah brought up an interesting point yesterday about self-checkout machines at your local grocery store or wherever.
She feels that anybody who uses them should get a 15% discount because you are scanning and bagging your groceries yourself, where normally a checkout clerk would handle that duty for you.
If you're saving the company money by doing it yourself, shouldn't you reap some of those benefits as well?
So this begs the question, of you use the self-checkout, should you get a discount?
