A new study has found that seemingly above all else, women just demand a little more passion in their lives.
According to Your Tango, 67% of women are willing to stray away from their marriages to obtain that passion, but 0% want a full-fledged divorce. This study comes courtesy of dating website Ashley Madison, who surveyed 100 straight, married, women between the ages of 25 and 45 to find out why they were willing to cheat.
According to Eric Anderson, a professor of masculinity, sexuality, and sport at the University of Winchester, "The most predictable thing about a relationship is that, the longer it progresses, the quality and the frequency of sex between the couple will fade. This is because we get used to and bored of the same body."
Despite the unusually high number of women admitting wanting to cheat, Anderson maintains they do not want their marriages to dissolve.
He says, "They were adamant that they were not looking for a new husband. Many even stated their overt love for their husbands, painting them in a positive light."
