Survey finds we're most stressed in life at the age of 36

Apparently, that's when most people really start "adulting."

The average American is most stressed at the age of 36, this according to a new survey from SWNS Digital.

At that age, according to the survey, people are really being drilled into "adulting" with having a mortgage, family, and career. And because of all that, our 30s our the decade folks have the least amount of free time.


Even though we're most stressed at 36, the survey also found that nearly two-thirds of people say they're better at managing stress than they were 10 years ago, though 18% of people say they feel stress "all the time."
