Yes, plastic, because the department accidentally issued an Amber Alert for a "Chucky" doll from the '80s horror film Child's Play. The also issued an additional alert for a child "Glen," who is Chucky's son from the film Seed of Chucky.
The Texas DPS immediately took down the listing, telling TMZ that the alert was "a result of a test malfunction. We apologize for the confusion this may have caused and are diligently working to ensure this does not happen again."
