Texas likes to sin, y'all.
A new survey from WalletHub ranked Texas as the thirst most sinful state in the United States, ranked only behind Nevada (makes sense), and California (also makes sense).
WalletHub basked their rankings on what else, each state's proclivity for the seven deadly sins, like crime rates for wrath, theft rates for jealousy, fast food joints per capita for gluttony, casinos for greed, porn site use for lust, plastic surgery rates for vanity, and exercise rates for sloth.
And based on all of those rankings Texas ranked THIRD in the nation for the most sinful states. The top ten include:
1 - Nevada
2 - California
3 - Texas
4 - Florida
5 - Louisiana
6 - Tennessee
7 - Pennsylvania
8 - Georgia
9 - South Carolina
10 - Illinois
Conversely, the ten least sinful states include:
1 - Idaho
2 - Wyoming
3 - Vermont
4 - South Dakota
5 - Iowa
6 - New Hampshire
7 - Minnesota
8 - North Dakota
9 - Utah
10 - Nebraska
