Friday: Before 1pm or after 7pm.
Saturday: Before 1pm or after 5pm.
Sunday and Monday are expected to have normal to even minimal congestion patterns.
Wednesday: 1-8pm.
Thursday: 1-8pm.
Friday: 11am-8pm.
Saturday: 12pm-5pm.
