It's understood that when you're royalty, you rub shoulders with some pretty elite company.
It's just been learned that before her death, Queen Elizabeth actually became pretty good pals with one Tom Cruise!
Cruise was in London for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations, marking her 70th anniversary on the throne, but the Queen was unable to meet him as she was plagued by mobility issues.
A meeting was later set up between the two, and according to a source, the two "really hit it off."
The source told Page Six, "The Queen let it be known that she was really disappointed not to have met Tom at the pageant, so he was invited to have a special tour of Windsor Castle with everything laid on for him.
"Afterwards, just the two of them had tea together."
The Queen even invited Cruise for lunch, where he would even be able to fly in by helicopter.
Unfortunately, the lunch never happened as the Queen passed September 8 at the age of 96 before they could get together again.
