There’s a man in India who has gone viral after building a $20 million mansion on top of a 33-story building in Bangalore!
Billionaire Vijay Mallya has been building the mansion for the better part of a decade, which features helicopter pads, infinity pools, and a wine cellar all 400 feet in the air!
Unfortunately, Mallya will probably never be able to live in the home.
According to El Pais, he fled to the United Kingdom in 2016 after being involved in a series of financial scandals.
