A biopic of Bob Dylan is scheduled to begin shooting in August, with Academy Award-nominated actor Timothée Chalamet set to portray the legendary singer-songwriter.
And as is the question with any biopic of a famous singer or band, will the Chalamet be singing or lip-synching to Dylan's tracks?
Well, in a bold move, Chalamet will be doing his own singing in the film!
Director James Mangold told Collider "Of course!" Chalamet will be signing.
"It's such an amazing time in American culture and the story of Bob - a young 19-year-old Bob Dylan coming to New York with like two dollars in his pocket and becoming a worldwide sensation within three years."
Mangold added, "It's such an interesting true story at about such an interesting moment in the American scene, different characters from Woody Guthrie to Bob Dylan, to Pete Seeger to Joan Baez, all have a role to play in this movie."
Per CNN, the movie, with the working title A Complete Unknown, begins filming in August.
