Back in June, Troy Aikman went public with his new girlfriend, 34-year-old Haley Clark.

Not much was known about Clark until documents recently obtained by the Daily Mail reveal that she was fired and subsequently banned from her previous job after she allegedly stole $4,000 worth of products!

Evidently, Clark improperly used her employee discount while she was the director of sales at Trunk Club, a Nordstrom-owned company, in October 2017.  Court papers say she made off with $3,924.44 in products.

Plaintiff allowed her friends and relatives to make purchases using her Nordstrom employee discount in direct violation of Nordstrom policy,” the department store said in the court papers.

Nordstrom also accused Clark of using another employee’s “Nordstrom Notes,” which is their store rewards program, to make purchases.

Clark left the Trunk Club in November 2017.  She signed an “adult criminal trespass warning,” acknowledging that she “understood [her] unlawful activities,” which resulted in a two-year ban from all Nordstrom properties; the store opted to file criminal charges.

Clark filed a lawsuit against the department store in 2018, claiming the allegations against her were untrue, and the two parties settled the matter through arbitration in 2019.
