Tweet about Ja Rule's failed Fyre Festival is now an NFT

The irony is that it's being sold on Ja Rule's non-fungible token site.

Who can forget the now infamous Fyre Festival scandal? Rapper Ja Rule and a marketing agent planned a huge, multi-day experience that took place in the Bahamas. Five years later, people are still talking about it.

Ja Rule recently teamed up with one concert-goer whose Tweet about the crappy food went viral. Trevor DeHaas posted a photo of the less than luxurious meals, and it ended up being shared and liked thousands of times.

DeHaas is now selling the iconic Tweet as a non-fungible token. Ja Rule is a partner in a cryptocurrency site, and that's where the Tweet is up for auction. The social media post is currently listed on Flipkick for $80,000.
