A man riding his skateboard in the far right lane of what looks to be a highway in Irving fell off. As he was trying to take an exit ramp, he fell backwards, hitting his head on the asphalt. Luckily, the driver who captured it on film stopped to help. The rider appeared to be okay and managed to get up on his own.
