We all remember the days where you went to a fast-food restaurant for a quick, cheap meal.
These days, it's anything but fast and cheap.
We've seen fast food prices increase astronomically over the last few decades, and a new business model could see the price of Wendy's fluctuate depending on what time you go.
According to Food & Wine, Wendy's will soon introduce a "surge-pricing" system for its restaurants. Like Uber, your meal at Wendy's could more expensive if you happen to go during peak service hours.
And if this news couldn't get any more frustrating, apparently you won't even know how much more expensive your meal will be until you pull up to the restaurant and see the digital menu or yourself!
Wendy's says it won't be rolling out this new menu too soon, but the restaurant says we can expect to see some locations test this new system by early next year.
