Earlier this month, a 58-year-old woman was playing with some neighborhood kids in her yard who were spraying each other with water guns.
She was trying to figure out how the water gun worked, and accidentally sprayed her neighbor with water while he was out mowing his lawn. Soon after, she was placed into handcuffs.
According to CTV News, though the neighbor has a history of being "a jerk," the police didn't take it easy on Wendy Washik who was arrested for assault.
Washik is due in court on September 24th and has set up a crowdfunding campaign to help her with legal fees.
