Throughout the entirety of the pandemic, Jendayi Miller has made sure her neighbors have all had a hot meal to eat. She told ABC 13, "At the beginning of the pandemic, it was very disheartening to see how many people were left without. I just stepped in where I saw a need and made sure that no one in my community went hungry."

She started with feeding 50 people out of her own home kitchen, which evolved into Jendayi starting the nonprofit "Angel of Edgewood." Now, she feeds over 27,000 people every single week.

And she's been doing this all while battling two types of cancer.

To honor her service and contributions to the community, Jendayi was nominated, and eventually selected, as a Disney Magic Maker, where she was surprised with a trip to Walt Disney World to celebrate the park's 50th anniversary!
