Christine Faulds was really excited about a new piece of exercise equipment.

In fact, the Ohio woman was so pumped, she wanted to record her first workout on the new inversion machine, and post it to social media.

It did not go well.

Faulds was working out at Powerhouse Gym in Berea, Ohio at 3am.  The gym was open 24 hours, and she was the only one there.

The machine is designed to stretch your back, though after Faulds strapped herself in and began using it, she got stuck…upside down…and couldn't free herself.

Faulds said in a TikTok of the incident, "I'm stuck in this reverse, like, back decompression thing.  I think the thing went too far, and I'm just stuck upside down. I cannot get myself right side up."

Faulds told CNN there was "just so much pressure on my head," that she was forced to call 911 because she couldn't wriggle herself free, and though her phone was occupied recording video, she thankfully was able to contact help through her smartwatch.

The whole ordeal lasted about 12 minutes.

Faulds said she had a headache afterward and felt a bit fuzzy, but she was able to take the incident in stride, and went ahead and posted the entire sequence of events on TikTok.

She said, "People are like, 'Why would you post that? It's just so embarrassing.' But I'm like… 'Sometimes you just got to laugh at yourself and move on.'"
