23-year-old Alexandra Maldonado was arrested this past Friday afternoon following a confrontation with a KFC employee at a restaurant near St. Petersburg, Florida.

Apparently, Maldonado was "unhappy" with the service she had been receiving, and decided to take matters into her own hands by striking the drive-thru employee in the neck.

Maldonado reportedly got out of her car, walked up to the window, and struck the teenaged drive-thru employee in the neck THROUGH the window, causing a "visible red mark 1" x 4" in size" according to The Smoking Gun.

"The crime was captured on surveillance video," according to a criminal complaint, and Maldonado was arrested after her car was pulled over by police and she reportedly "admitted to the offense."

Maldonado is facing charges for child abuse for striking the teenaged employee, along with a burglary count for "entering" the KFC, which was closed save for the drive-thru window.
