For the first time in his career, Ezekiel Elliott will be getting dressed in the visitor's locker room at AT&T Stadium.
This Sunday will be Zeke's first game back in Arlington since leaving the Cowboys in the offseason; he signed a one-year contract with the Patriots in August.
Even though Zeke knows he has a handle on his emotions, that sentiment will certainly be tested on Sunday.
"There are emotions," Elliott said in a conference call earlier this week per NBC DFW. "I may do a good job of hiding them, but there will be some emotions. But I've got to go out there and help my team win that football game."
Zeke's season started out a little slow, but the two-time NFL rushing leader is turning things around.
Last game, he rushed for a season-high 80 yards in a 15-10 win against the Jets, and the Cowboys just gave up 222 yards on the ground to the Cardinals, so there's a good chance Zeke's breakout game with the Patriots will unfortunately come at the Cowboys' expense.
