If you’ve ever had dental work that required anesthesia, it’s possible that you had to leave the premises in a wheelchair after the procedure was finished, something from which even the most famous of movie stars are not exempt.

Brad Pitt was spotted leaving a medical center in Beverly Hills in a wheelchair Wednesday after supposedly having his wisdom teeth removed, reports Page Six.

According to the outlet, the 57-year old actor left the facility after the dental procedure wearing a face mask and oversized sunglasses, and was accompanied by someone who could have been a bodyguard.

The American Association of Nurse Anesthetists recommends that patients who have required sedation or anesthesia during a procedure “have a responsible adult who is able to safely transport the patient home or a facility needs to establish policies and procedures if an exception is made,” which for many medical facilities, includes moving the patient in a wheelchair to their preferred mode of transportation home.

Earlier this week, Pitt announced a partnership with luxury menswear line Brioni. The 7-piece collection offers “an interesting interplay of textures,” according to a press release, and features a two-button suit, a cashmere polo sweater, a cashmere sport jacket, a car coat, and a velvet evening jacket with matching wool trousers.

Pitt has been a brand ambassador for the Italian fashion house since 2019.

Later this month, Pitt will participate in the Academy Awards as a presenter along with other A-listers like Reese Witherspoon, Harrison Ford, and Halle Berry.

This year’s Oscar Awards will break from its traditional spot at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, and broadcast from “multiple locations" on April 25.

“In this unique year that has asked so much of so many, the Academy is determined to present an Oscars like none other, while prioritizing the public health and safety of all those who will participate,” the Academy said in a statement.
