Now that even red states like Ohio are proposing reform packages aimed at curtailing gun access for those deemed a danger to themselves and others, what do you think?
These laws, which are already on the books in 17 states states and Washington DC, would allow police or family members to petition the courts to have someone's guns temporary taken away from them. While now being addressed ostensibly in response to recent mass shootings, the laws mostly are used in instances of domestic violence threats or threats of suicide.
