Greenville businesswoman Dorothy Dowe defeated Greenville Attorney Lindsey Jacobs to win yesterday's Democratic Primary for the At-Large Greenville City Council seat.
Dowe will face incumbent Republican Councilman George Fletcher, who faced no primary challenge.
