
A Spartanburg man has been arrested and charged with 11 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office reports James Hines, 29, was arrested on June 9th.

The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigation began following a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about child pornography.
During a search warrant conducted by investigators, Hines admitted possession of devices containing of child pornography.
Hines was charged with one count of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor and 10 counts of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
He is being held in Spartanburg County Detention Center on a $60,500 bond.
