The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team was called to a home on Briarwood Drive to arrest a man for armed robbery.
Deputies say the arrest warrant was for 20-year-old Nehemiah Truth Dawson, who is being charged in relation to an armed robbery that took place on Thursday.
Three other suspects were reportedly involved in the robbery.
According to reports of the incident, the victim of the robbery came home on Thursday to find four people inside his home who had been let in by his roommate. When the victim tried to enter his room, the four people, Dawson among them, pulled out guns and demanded cash before taking off in a car.
Dawson is being charged with armed robbery, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and larceny.
So far the three other suspects have not yet been identified.
