One man has been arrested after assaulting a healthcare worker at a group home where he resides.
24 year old William Turturici reportedly bit a healthcare worker on the cheek, leaving visible wounds which were received medical treatment.
Turturici is in custody at this time.
He has been charged with 3rd Degree Assault and Battery.

The Sheriff’s Office recently received a complaint made against an individual who is a resident at a healthcare facility.
The incident involved an assault that occurred against a healthcare worker at a group home, located on Perigon Court.
The victim suffered visible injury and received medical treatment for a wound.
While the GCSO cannot comment on the specific medical concerns of the suspect, he was taken to a medical facility for evaluation.
During the course of the investigation, our office has been in communication with the Solicitor’s Office and has concluded the investigation.
The suspect is identified as 24 year-old, William Turturici and he is in custody at this time.
