Two children missing, allegedly abducted, from Greenville County since the middle of May are reported safe in New York, there mother is in custody.
3 year-old, Matthew Lopez-Vazquez and 4 year-old, Josean Jacob Lopez-Vazquez were allowed to visit their mother shortly after a court had awarded custody of the kids to their father.
But they disappeared along with their mother -- Maria Teresa Vazquez-Soto, Greenville County authorities had issued a warrant for her arrest. The charge, then, was custodial interference. ~Roger Davis

Investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office are seeking information pertaining to the whereabouts of 3 year-old, Matthew Lopez-Vazquez and 4 year-old, Josean Jacob Lopez-Vazuez, who are believed to be in the presence of their mother, Maria Teresa Vazquez-Soto.
Following a court order giving the children’s father full custody, the children were allowed to visit Vazquez-Soto in the Anderson, SC area during the weekend of May 12, 2019.
Neither children, nor Vazquez-Soto have been seen since.
Vazquez-Soto has an active warrant for her arrest for Custodial Interference and she is described as 5’2”/130lbs.
She is 43 years old and has family in the state of Oregon, Florida and Puerto Rico.
