An investigation is ongoing after a death at a plant in Greenville. The Coroner's Office responded to the Panagakos Asphalt plant on Greencove Drive on White Horse Road, Friday afternoon.
Details are limited, but the Coroner’s Office reports that one person died outside the plant. More information is expected to be released later, Friday afternoon.
According to the company’s website, Panagakos is a family-owned and operated business that has served the Upstate for decades.
