Belton-Honea Path High School football games Thursday and Friday night against Greer High are now canceled because of Covid-19.
A statement from Anderson County School District-Two says players or personnel on Belton-Honea Path's JV and varsity teams have tested positive for the virus.
A district spokesman says the JV game scheduled for Thursday and Friday night's varsity game are being called off "Due to an abundance of caution for the safety of both our community and the Greer community."
