One local company is used to distrusting beer, but now it’s looking to distribute aid to those affected by Hurricane Dorian.
KW Beverage, a Budweiser affiliate, is accepting donations at its Piedmont address between 8 am and 5 pm thru September 5th.
The company is specifically looking for non-perishable food items, tarps, diapers, toiletries, first aid supplies, and bottled water.
Then on Friday, two trucks carrying all the items will make the journey to Florida and to the Abacos, the outer islands of the Bahamas.
