A 20 year old Macon County North Carolina man has been arrested and charged for soliciting sex from a 13 year old girl.
According to the Sheriff's Office FB page, a parent contacted School Resource Officers at Franklin High School after finding inappropriate communication between his daughter and Seth Michael Curtis on her cell phone.
An investigation lead Special Victims Unit Detectives to formally charge Curtis with Felony Online Solicitation of a Minor to Commit a Sext Act.
He is currently being held in the Macon County Detention Center, bond set at $250,000.
In the FB post, Sheriff Robert Holland shared the pertinence of parents checking their childrens electronic communications.
This investigation remains ongoing and additional charges are expected.
