According to the Greenville County Comprehensive Plan, change is critical as the county's population has increased significantly. From 320 thousand residents in 1990 to 514 thousand in 2018.
Plan recommendations include workforce housing, a unified sewer system, transportation improvements among other suggestions.
According to Bob Milhalic, Governmental Affairs Coordinator for Greenville County, Staff will present the final draft of the Plan Thursday evening at 6:00pm at the Greenville Convention Center, answer questions and listen to opinions as the plan moves toward Council approval.
