A Union man has died after being shot.
The Union County Sheriff's office was called to home on South Street Sunday around 1pm.
Deputies found 45 year old Christopher Lee Hall shot in the chest. Hall was flown to the hospital for emergency surgery, but died.
Deputies have arrested John Robert Arnette and charged him with attempted murder. That charge could be upgraded.
