An Upstate man has been arrested on multiple charges involving guns and violence towards children.
According to a release from the Simpsonville Police Department, Kelvin T. Henry was charged on July 29th.
His charges include:
- Pointing/presenting a firearm
- Felon in possession of a firearm
- Assault and battery in the first degree
- Lewd act on a child
The judge denied bond on all charges, except for felon in possession of a firearm; he was give a $5,000 surety bond on that charge.
