The inaugural Salute to Liberty welcomed more than 1,200 attendees and featured prominent conservative leaders from across South Carolina, making it one of the state's largest annual gatherings of conservatives. This year's event continues the tradition with House Majority Leader Steve Scalise appearing as a special guest.
