It's yet another arrest for an Upstate woman whose become known as the "Boutique Bandit". Pamela Brooke Schronce has now been arrested 14 times since January 1st. Her latest came Thursday in Anderson County. It's her 2nd time in that county in this stretch and most of her arrests have come in the Upstate. One Sheriff's Office says they "waited in line" to book her.
Schronce is charged with four new counts of obtaining property under false pretenses. She is accused of taking online orders from her boutique and not giving customers their merchandise or money back.
The 10th Circuit Solicitor has asked the State Attorney General's Office to take over the prosecution, the case is being reviewed and a decision has not yet been announced.
