More than two decades after the fact, a 2nd arrest in as many months has been made in an Upstate cold case murder. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office says 53 year old, Carlos Mandreal Chamblee has been arrested for murder and other crimes in connection to a deadly shooting in 2001.
Chamblee's arrest comes after 55 year old, Andretti Goss was charged in the murder case, last month. The charges stem from a shooting at a gathering in Belton that left 29 year old mother Jennifer Lawson dead. The Sheriff's Office has described Lawson as "truly an innocent bystander".
