A 2nd suspect in a robbery at an Upstate retail store has been arrested. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says 26 year old, Stewart Eugene Coffman of Boiling Springs was arrested after he was identified through surveillance photos from the robbery at Academy Sports in Spartanburg, November 18th.

Coffman has been charged with armed robbery, as investigators say he was an accomplice to Justin Phillips in the heist. Coffman was found hiding in the attic of a home on Falcon Ridge Drive in Boiling Springs, he is also charged with a probation violation. Two other people were arrested at the home after meth was discovered there. What the Sheriff's Office described as an assault rifle was also recovered from the home.
Investigators say that same house was the scene of a drive by shooting that injured an underaged girl on November 7th. No charges were filed in that incident due to lack of witness cooperation.
The Sheriff's Office says Coffman has a long criminal history with over 30 cases since 2014.
