The Second victim has been Identified after a shooting at an apartment complex in Spartanburg, left two people dead. The shooting happened around 7:45PM, Sunday. The Spartanburg Police Department responded to the Comet Apartments on Garner Road, where two men were found in the parking lot suffering from gunshot wounds.
25 year-old Eduardo Hernandez Uribe was pronounced dead at the scene. On Tuesday, the Spartanburg County Coroner's Office identified the second victim as 29 year-old Jose Antonio Uribe. He was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital.
On Monday, police arrested Bryan Alexis Ayala of Anderson in connection to the shooting. He was booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Center, where he remains without bond.
Ayala is charged with two counts of murder, along with weapons charges.
