A U.S. Congressman from the Upstate has issued a statement applauding the Supreme Court's ruling to reign in the EPA. 3rd District Congressman Jeff Duncan said in a statement after the ruling " The Supreme Court’s West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency decision is a win for the American people because it restores the power to give policy back to Congress."
