An Anderson County Arby's manager is behind bars after concocting a bag of lies of how she and the store were robbed.
According to the Anderson County Sheriff's Office, General Manager, Jennifer Norris, said a man pushed her to the ground and snatched the restaurant's deposit money while she was walking into the Clemson Blvd. Arby's Tuesday morning, May 28, 2024.

A canvas of the area by Deputies yielded no suspect. Surveillance footage obtained showed no such crime happened. Officials confronted Norris about her story.... she admitted she spent the money, $3,800, days before, and made a false report in an attempt to cover her tracks.

Norris is currently in the Anderson County Detention Center charged with Filing a False Police Report and Breach of Trust and is awaiting bond.
